1. Digital Product Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

1.2 Content Access Limitation

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content
  • You must not have downloaded any course materials
  • You must not have participated in live sessions or submitted assignments
  • You must not have received personalized feedback or coaching

1.3 How We Determine Access

We track course progress through our learning management system. Refund eligibility is automatically determined based on:

  • Percentage of videos watched
  • Download activity of course materials
  • Quiz and assignment submissions
  • Participation in live sessions

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

2.1 Course Completion or Significant Progress

If you have:

  • Accessed more than 10% of course content
  • Downloaded course materials
  • Participated in live sessions
  • Submitted assignments or received feedback
  • Received a certificate of completion

2.2 Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Finding the course too difficult or too easy
  • Expectations not matching course content (after accessing beyond 10%)

2.3 Technical Issues Resolvable by Support

If technical issues can be resolved by our support team, refunds will not be granted. We provide comprehensive technical support to ensure you can access all course materials.

2.4 Special Promotions and Discounted Courses

Courses purchased during special promotions, sales, or at discounted rates may have different refund conditions as specified during the purchase.

3.1 Required Information

When requesting a refund, please include:

  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

3.2 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • UPI Payments: 2-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

4. Partial Refunds

In some exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Infinity Edutech management. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to:

  • Another course of equal value
  • A future batch of the same course
  • Another person (subject to approval)

Course transfer requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
